Description / Scope of Work
SSGC LPG Limited invites bids for the inspection of trestle and tank area LPG and firewater piping, pipe supports, and associated mechanical structure of LPG tanks at SLL Port Qasim Terminal in Karachi, Sindh. The project is being procured under a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure with reference number SSGC/LPG/SC/PT/1265. This inspection service covers comprehensive evaluation of critical infrastructure at the Port Qasim LPG terminal facility to ensure safety, integrity, and compliance of all piping systems and structural components. The scope includes detailed examination of trestle frameworks, storage tank conditions, firewater distribution systems, and all associated pipe supports and mechanical installations.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria for executing inspection and structural assessment contracts with SSGC LPG Limited. All interested contractors and inspection service providers registered in Pakistan are encouraged to participate. The tender follows open competitive bidding with transparent evaluation procedures. Bid security and other financial requirements will be as specified in the detailed tender documents. Participants must acknowledge receipt of all tender extension notices issued by the procuring organisation.
Bid submission and opening will take place on 22nd July 2026 at 03:30 hours at the SSGC GTI Building, Karachi Terminal, opposite Safari Park on Main University Road, Karachi. Tender documents are available from the procurement office at the same address during business hours. All terms and conditions remain unchanged from the original tender notice, and bidders must strictly adhere to the Single Stage One Envelope format for proposal submission.
