Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of Managed DNS Service for a period of three years. This e-tender (Reference No. HQ/ADV-03/2025-26) is being floated through the Electronic Procurement System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The service contract will be based at NTC Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Province. The procurement aims to establish a comprehensive managed DNS infrastructure meeting core service specifications, PTA compliance requirements, security and data protection standards, and capacity scalability needs as outlined in the technical compliance statement and service level agreement annexures.
Bidders must meet specified qualification criteria and possess relevant experience in providing managed DNS services. A bid security must be submitted as per the format provided in Annex-E, with the amount to be determined as per the bidding documents. Bidders should have demonstrated technical capability to meet PTA compliance requirements and provide service level guarantees with defined SLA credit schedules. All participants must submit a Declaration of Beneficial Owner Information as per Annex-G and a Commercial Compliance Statement as per Annex-D.
Bid documents are available through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must download the complete tender documents including the Bill of Quantity (Annex-A), Technical Compliance Statement (Annex-B), and Service Level Agreement (Annex-C) from the portal. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS before the closing deadline of 22 July 2026. Bid opening will be conducted as per the schedule mentioned in the tender notice.
