SSGC LPG Limited invites sealed bids for Services and Maintenance of LPG Road Bowsers Undercarriage on a complete package basis under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. This procurement aims to secure comprehensive maintenance and servicing solutions for the undercarriage components of LPG road bowsers operated by the company. The work is located at SSGC LPG Head Office, Karachi Terminal, situated on Main University Road opposite Safari Park in Sindh province. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals that address all aspects of undercarriage maintenance, repair, and servicing as specified in the tender scope of work.
Bidders must be qualified contractors with relevant experience in LPG vehicle maintenance and undercarriage servicing. A fixed bid bond of Pakistani Rupees Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand (255,000) is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of SSGC LPG Limited. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform with properly signed and stamped documents; failure to comply will result in rejection. Bidders are required to provide all documentary evidence supporting their technical and financial capacity along with the bid submission. The bid validity period is one hundred twenty days from the date of public opening.
Bid documents are available exclusively on the EPADS portal. Interested bidders must download the tender documents, complete the Bill of Quantities and bid forms, and upload all materials through EPADS before submitting the physical bid bond to the Procurement Department at SSGC LDC Building, Karachi Terminal. Bids will be received until 23-07-2026 at 03:00 hours with public opening scheduled for 03:30 hours on the same day. Queries and clarifications should be directed to the Procurement Department at SSGC LPG Head Office Karachi up to five days before the bid closing date. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and remain firm and non-escalable throughout the contract period.
