Wah Industries Limited, Packages Factory, a production unit located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the supply of steel sheet raw material as per detailed specifications provided in the tender schedule. This is a foreign purchase tender for the supply of steel sheets with an estimated contract value to be determined based on bidders' quotations. The tender is issued under reference TE No. 01-FP-STEEL SHEET-WIL-PF-2025-26 and requires bidders to submit technical and commercial offers in a two-envelope system with samples of size 4 feet by 8 feet for functional trials and laboratory testing.
Only official suppliers and distributors registered with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) may participate in this tender, and bidders must have a proven track record of manufacturing or supplying steel sheet raw material to government or semi-government institutions. Bidders are required to provide material testing and analysis reports, delivery schedules, technical literature, and credentials demonstrating past performance in the subject store category. A performance bond of 10% of the CFR contract value is required for contracts exceeding US$ 50,000. All quotations must remain valid for at least 30 days from the tender opening date, and conditional or alternative offers will be rejected.
Sealed bids comprising Part I (Technical Offer without price) and Part II (Commercial Offer with price) must be submitted separately and reach the POF Bids Centre, Room No. 02, Behind Rabta Hall, Wah Cantt, on or before 1200 hours on 05 August 2026. Quotations should be based on CPT Islamabad or CFR Karachi value including air or sea-worthy packing, with consignment preferably dispatched through Pakistan International Airline (PIA) or Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC). Payment will be made through irrevocable letter of credit with 90% on receipt of shipping documents and 10% on receipt and acceptance at Wah Industries Limited premises.
