Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prisons Department invites sealed bids for the supply of stationery and office materials required for prison operations across KPK province. This procurement notice is issued under KPPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) guidelines for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is Rs 30,000,000 (thirty million rupees) with an anticipated project location spanning multiple facilities within the province. The tender scope includes provision of various stationery items and office supplies as per detailed specifications to be provided in the bid documents. Eligibility criteria require that bidders possess valid business registration and relevant licenses as prescribed by KPPRA regulations. Bidders must submit a Performance Guarantee (PG) equivalent to 5 percent of the bid value as per KPP&SHF Act 2014. All bids must comply with CDR (Competitive Dialogue Requirements) and EPADS submission standards. Bid security and other financial instruments should conform to regulatory specifications outlined in the tender documents. Non-responsive bids and those failing to meet mandatory requirements will be rejected. Bid documents are available for download from the E-Procurement system (EPADS) starting immediately. The submission deadline is 21 July 2028 with online submission opening at 10:00 AM and closing at 10:30 AM on that date. Bids will be opened electronically through the EPADS portal.
