Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Swat-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for repair and maintenance of civil works in existing water supply schemes. The tender comprises two sub-divisions: Public Health Engineering Sub Division Saidu Sharif-I with an estimated cost of Rs. 6.00 million and earnest money of Rs. 129,000, and Public Health Engineering Sub Division Saidu Sharif-II with an estimated cost of Rs. 10.00 million and earnest money of Rs. 240,000. The total project value is Rs. 16.00 million for the financial year 2026-27. These water supply maintenance works are located in Swat, KPK province, and are critical for ensuring reliable public health engineering services across the region.
Eligible bidders must possess specialization code CE-09 and be registered with the KP Revenue Authority with active status as per KPPRA procurement rules 2014. Contractors must submit bid security, additional security, and detailed rate analysis if their quoted rate is more than 20% below the Engineer's Estimate, as per KPARA Notification No. S.R.O (14) / Vol: 1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10-05-2022. All bid security documents and additional securities must be submitted in sealed envelopes along with the bid before the closing deadline.
Bids must be submitted electronically through http://eprocure.gov.pk on a single stage single envelope procedure basis. The last date and time for bid submission is 15-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M via courier, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives.
