District Headquarters Hospital Lower Chitral invites online bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) E-PADS platform for the purchase of hospital essential requirements during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses fourteen categories of items including bedding clothing, laboratory chemicals, local purchase regular and emergency medicines, miscellaneous items and other contingencies, repair of machinery equipment, stationery, oxygen gas cylinders, dialysis items and ECG rolls, firewood, vehicle repair services, petty repair services for health management complex and support staff facilities, and printing items. Bids shall be submitted online up to 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of tender representatives and committee members through an online procedure.
Registered bidders who are Sales Tax and Income Tax registered, well reputed and experienced firms and suppliers registered on KPPRA E-PADS under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Experienced Firms/Suppliers framework are eligible to participate. Earnest money or security deposit of 2 percent in original CDR favouring the Medical Superintendent must reach by the due date; cheques or pay orders are not acceptable. Supply of local items shall be completed within 30 days and imported items within 90 days of order receipt, with penalty at 0.067 percent per day for delays as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules.
Bidding documents containing all detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available exclusively for registered bidders on the EPADS platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk. The tender procedure shall follow the Single Stage Envelope System with quoted rates valid up to 30 June 2026. Hospital Inspection Committee will inspect and substantiate supplied items, with dealers required to replace substandard items.
