Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar invites electronic bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for hiring of internet services for the college including hostels facilities. This is a second call tender with reference number 2026-29. The procurement is being conducted in KPK province and will be executed as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Act and Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and sales tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, and registered with EPADS to participate in this tender process.
Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 300,000/- in the form of a Certificate of Deposit (CDR) or equivalent from a schedule bank of Pakistan in favor of Suppliers Contractors Security Deposit, KMC, Peshawar. Only bidders meeting the eligibility requirements including FBR registration for income tax, sales tax compliance, ATL listing, and KPRA registration (where applicable) are invited to submit bids. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope, and all bids must comply with the specified documentation requirements and tax obligations.
Interested bidders can download the complete Bid Solicitation Document from EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk from the date of newspaper publication until the final submission deadline. A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 08, 2026 at 10:00 AM in the KMC conference room. Scan copies of bids including bid security must be uploaded on EPADS on or before July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM (PST), and original bid security must be physically submitted to the Dean/Assistant Manager Procurement office at KMC by the same deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on July 21, 2026 at 11:30 AM (PST). Bids received by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
