Supply of Food, Hardware, Medicine and General Items by Fazle Haq College Mardan

The Fazle Haq College Mardan invites sealed bids through the EPADS portal for the supply of multiple essential items required for institutional operations in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender comprises sixteen contracts covering packed milk and dairy products, meat and poultry, dry rations and cooking supplies, hardware and carpentry materials, medicines for student health services, barber shop supplies, crockery and kitchen items, sanitary supplies, paint and distemper, and electrical items. The total estimated cost across all contracts ranges from 1 million to 27 million Pakistani rupees, with combined procurement value exceeding 150 million rupees. The tender follows the Single Stage, two Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014, and is open to authorized firms registered with Income Tax and KPRA on the Active Taxpayer Lists.

Bidders must be registered with EPADS to obtain a unique user name and password before participation. Bid security in the form of a Deposit Slip or Bank Guarantee equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost for each contract must accompany proposals. Bid submissions must include the CDR (Cost Delivery Record) along with an affidavit in hard format at the time of opening. Only firms maintaining current registration with Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and appearing on relevant active taxpayer lists, are eligible to participate. The bid security and conditional tender form will be rejected summarily if not submitted correctly.

Bid Solicitation Documents are available for download from EPADS at a cost of 2,000 Pakistani rupees, payable via Deposit Slip to the bank account of The Fazle Haq College Mardan. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 10:30 AM on 18 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the college premises.
