Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic tenders through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) for four construction and infrastructure schemes under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives 2025-26 (Saving) programme. The total estimated cost of all projects is approximately Rs. 9.7 million. Projects include provision of missing facilities in a Masjid and Madrassa at UC Kharkai (Rs. 1.5 million), construction and pavement of street, drain, culverts, retaining walls and protective walls at Phatak Dargai (Rs. 1.2 million), construction of PCC road at Dara VC Totai (Rs. 3.0 million), and construction of Janazgah at Maina (Rs. 4.0 million). All work is to be executed in Dargai and surrounding areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and be duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in their relevant field of specialization. Compulsory documents include valid LCB registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, duly signed and stamped Bill of Quantities, original Call Deposit Receipt and additional security, CNIC copy of MD or owner, and active NTN or income tax certificate. Bid security shall be in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Procuring Entity. Contractors quoting bids more than 20 percent below engineer's estimate must submit additional security equal to the differential amount with detailed rate analysis.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) after NIT publication by KPPRA. The last date and time for tender submission is 22 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 22 July 2026 at 2:00 PM. Sealed bids sent through registered mail or courier service must reach the specified date and time and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives by the Tender Committee. Work orders and commencement are subject to availability of funds from the Provincial Government.
