Description / Scope of Work
The Special Purpose Kalash Valley Development Authority (SPKVDA), Tehsil Chitral, District Lower Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders through E-Procurement for the supply of four heavy-duty loader tyres for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement concerns brand new, unused tyres of size 23.5-25 with 16 PR or 20 PR ply rating, E-3 or L-3 tread pattern suitable for rock and earthmoving operations, tube type, and 100 percent compatible with SANY SYL956H5 wheel loader equipment. Tender documents are available on the KP-EPADS website at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ and detailed specifications are provided therein. The tender follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with KPPRA and FBR. A tender fee of Rs. 1,000 must be deposited in the KVDA bank account PK50KHYB0137003004150162 at the Bank of Khyber, Diwan Market Kruprisht Bazar Branch. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost, submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), is mandatory and must accompany the financial proposal. All supply rates must be quoted on F.O.R. (Free on Rail/Road) basis inclusive of all applicable taxes, sales tax, and KPRA duties. Bids containing overwriting, correcting fluid, or incomplete information will be rejected. The supplier must provide regular manufacturer warranty and supply only fresh stock from the current manufacturing year; old or used stock will be immediately rejected.
Tender documents must be received through E-Procurement via registered post or courier by Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and firm representatives. Payment will be made following successful delivery and verification by the Inspection Committee in accordance with Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa rules.
