Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Shabqadar Charsadda, operating under the Health Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables, medical equipment, and related supplies for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses general medicines, emergency medicines, specialized medicines, zakat medicines, and OT medicines; surgical disposables including syringes, cannulas, surgical sutures, gloves, dressing materials, catheters, and NG tubes; lab reagents covering hematology, biochemistry, and serology tests along with rapid diagnostic kits; medical equipment for patient monitoring, laboratory and operating theatre use; medical oxygen gas; dental chemicals and items; washing items; bedding and clothing; stationery; contingency supplies; and repair services for machinery, equipment, and furniture. The estimated total procurement value across fifteen budget heads ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 400,000 per category, with the main medicines and surgical disposables category allocated Rs. 200,000.
Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department, Sales Tax department, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. The bidding process follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. All bidders or their authorized representatives must submit complete quotations meeting all specified requirements. Bids will be evaluated based on criteria outlined in the bidding documents, and bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards for pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Shabqadar, Charsadda, before 18th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will take place at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of members of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives.
