Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Shangla, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the execution of the Water Supply Scheme Amirzeb Mohala and Karai Jehan Alam Mohala Bar Kana. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 18,332,000 and will be procured under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via the E-PADS system. This infrastructure development project aims to improve water supply services in the Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and must submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost along with stamp duty and 0.03% bidding entry fee. The earnest money with stamp duty required is Rs. 366,640, and the bidding entry fee is Rs. 5,500. Eligible firms and contractors registered with PEC, KPRA, and FBR are invited to participate. Clarifications, if any, may be requested by bidders through the EPADS platform as per the bid solicitation documents.
Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) including Bill of Quantity and criteria can be downloaded from the EPADS website (kp.eproc.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS before 20-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, and technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Physical original bid security and additional security deposits must be submitted through registered post or courier before the deadline. Financial bid opening date will be announced after technical bid evaluation.
