Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Division No-1 Swat at Saidu Sharif, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT roads across multiple locations in Malakand Division. The tender comprises ten separate work packages with estimated costs ranging from PKR 35.53 million to PKR 100 million, covering critical road infrastructure projects in Swat and surrounding areas including routes from Shagai to Kokrai Road, Tawheed Chowk to Amankhol Chowk, Gumbat Maira to Patanay Mingora, Makan Bagh to Saidu Khona Cham Road, Guligram Saidu Sharif, Baab-E-Swat to Shamozai Chowk, and Amlook Dara to Gori Kand Road. Total estimated project value across all works is approximately PKR 449.39 million with completion periods specified per individual work order. Bidders must possess C-4 or C-5 category from Pakistan Engineering Council and meet all qualification requirements as per KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from local banks with amounts specified for each work package, ranging from PKR 751,000 to PKR 2,045,000. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Act No.XXI of 2013. Qualification documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours until 27-07-2026 at 5:00 PM on payment of PKR 2,500 per work (non-refundable). Electronic bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before the closing date of 28-07-2026 at 12:00 hours. Technical bid opening will occur on the same day at 14:00 hours at the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-1 Swat. Bidders should note that if a bid is more than twenty percent below the estimated rate, detailed rate analysis must be submitted with the bid, and unconvincing analysis may result in bid rejection as non-responsive.
