E-Tender for the supply of cooked food (cooked ration)

Registration Requirements: Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) E-Procurement system. Bidders must not be blacklisted by the Prisons Department or the Government of KP. A certificate under Section 15 of the KPFS&HFA Act 2014 from the KP Food Safety & Halal Food Authority is mandatory. Earnest Money (Bid Security): A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the total tender value from an approved bank must be uploaded via EPADS, and the original CDR must be submitted to the office before the tender opening. Failure to submit the original CDR will lead to tender rejection and a 1-year disqualification.
