The Public Health Engineering Division of South Waziristan Upper invites tenders through the Electronic Procurement and Audit System (EPADS) for annual maintenance and repair (AM&R) of water supply schemes in South Waziristan Upper for the financial year 2026-27. Two schemes are being tendered: AM&R Water Supply Schemes Ladha (Upper) valued at 4.000 million rupees with estimated money of 80,000 rupees, and AM&R Water Supply Schemes Sarwakai (Upper) also valued at 4.000 million rupees with estimated money of 80,000 rupees. The tender is issued by the Executive Engineer of the Public Health Engineering Division at Tank, South Waziristan Upper, KPK province. This procurement exercise aims to ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of critical water supply infrastructure serving the upper regions of South Waziristan.
Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC (CE-09) certification, KPPRA and KPRA enlistment, FBR registration, and C&W enlistment with active status. All bidders are required to submit a bid security of 2 percent of the bid cost as a call deposit in the name of the Executive Engineer PHE Division South Waziristan Upper, and a tender form fee of 0.03 percent of the estimated amount, also in the form of a call deposit. Bidders must provide an affidavit on stamp paper certifying they have no litigation history and have not been blacklisted. Financial soundness may be verified through bank statements at the discretion of the procurement entity. All government taxes will be deducted as per applicable government policies.
Bid documents and detailed information are available from the office of the Executive Engineer at Public Health Engineering Division South Waziristan Upper. Bidders must upload all required documents including PEC certification, enlistment certificates, ID card, and call deposit receipts (CDRs) on the EPADS portal, with CDRs clearly noting the scheme name and properly attested by an Oath Commissioner. Hard copies of CDRs must accompany the bid submission. All bids and CDRs must be submitted to the Executive Engineer PHE Division South Waziristan Upper at Tank on or before 20 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date and time at 12:30 PM. Bidders applying online but failing to submit CDRs in hard form will be debarred. CDRs of all bidders will be retained by the procuring entity until tender approval by the competent authority.
