Description / Scope of Work
Pak Red Crescent Medical College and Teaching Hospital (PRCMC/TH), Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for the procurement and installation of a 400 kilowatt on-grid solar system. The project is divided into three separate packages: procurement of 400 kW solar panels on FOR basis with an estimated price of 15 million PKR; procurement of on-grid inverters (400 kW) on FOR basis with an estimated price of 3.60 million PKR; and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of structure and balance of system with an estimated price of 11.30 million PKR. The total project scope encompasses complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar power generation system at the hospital premises located in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligibility is open to manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers registered as firms or companies. Bidders may apply for one or more packages but must submit separate bids for each package clearly mentioning the package number on the covering letter. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the estimated price for each package in the form of a certified deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 14 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at PRCMC/TH premises.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000. The bid submission and opening deadline is 20 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 noon. Submissions should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent at Pak Red Crescent Teaching Hospital, 48 KM Multan Road, Dina Nath, Lahore.
