Description / Scope of Work
The Irrigation Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Orakzai, invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electricity tube wells in merged districts on a need basis. Two packages are being offered under ADP No. 250066(2026-27): Package-01 with an estimated cost of Rs. 29.309 million and Package-02 with an estimated cost of Rs. 18.155 million. These works aim to enhance irrigation infrastructure in the merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through renewable energy solutions. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website, Irrigation Department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk), and KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). The submission deadline is 08-09-2026 at 12:00 noon, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
Eligible bidders must have renewed their enlistment and PEC license relevant to the category for the fiscal year 2026-27, be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and maintain an active taxpayer status with the relevant Income Tax Department. Package-01 requires PEC category C5 & above (CE-04, EE-11), while Package-02 requires PEC category C6 & above (CE-04, EE-11). Call deposits from scheduled banks, attested copies of CNIC, NTN, and PEC registration certificates must be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bids must include 0.03% of the estimated cost as a non-refundable tender entry fee in the form of a separate CDR.

A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on 27-08-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the undersigned. The bid validity period is 90 days. In case of abnormally low bids, the KAPRA notification regarding debarred and blacklisting conditions will apply.
