Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites pre-qualification applications from IT firms for the supply of goods. This procurement is issued under reference P13121 and is intended to establish a panel of pre-qualified suppliers who will subsequently participate in formal bidding processes. The pre-qualification exercise aims to identify capable IT goods suppliers for on-demand supply contracts to be executed following the competitive bidding stage. The procuring agency will sign contract agreements with successful bidders subsequent to the completion of the pre-qualification and bidding process. Only pre-qualified applicants shall be entitled to participate in the subsequent procurement proceedings, with the Invitation to Bids expected to be issued following successful pre-qualification.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants subject to fulfillment of eligibility requirements as detailed in the Pre-qualification Documents. Applicants must meet specified qualification criteria including financial capacity, past experience with completed contracts, historical contract performance records, current contract status, and average annual turnover requirements. Interested applicants should carefully review all eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the Pre-qualification Data Sheet and evaluation criteria before submitting their applications.
Applications prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Pre-qualification Documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using ePADS v2.0. A complete set of Pre-qualification Documents may be accessed by interested applicants through ePADS v2.0 during office hours.
