Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority invites electronic bids from eligible firms duly registered on e-PADS for the installation and enhancement of an existing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System with a capacity of 38 TR at NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad. This procurement follows Tender Notice P54803/2026-27 and will be funded from the National Disaster Management Fund (NDMF) during the fiscal year 2026-27. The project involves upgrading cooling infrastructure to improve climate control capabilities at the federal authority's premises in the capital territory.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and eligible under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft as specified in the bid data sheet. The original bid security along with a hardcopy of the complete bidding documents must be physically delivered to NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad before 1100 hours on 22 July 2026. Foreign bidders from eligible countries as listed in the bidding documents may also participate in this national competitive bidding process.
Interested bidders must register and submit their electronic bids online through https://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline of 1100 hours on 22 July 2026 (Wednesday). Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same date at NDMA Headquarters in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Complete bidding documents are available on the websites of NDMA, ePADS, and PPRA. The successful bidder will be required to submit performance security and an Integrity Pact before contract award.
