The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation invites sealed bids for the procurement of an E-Pak Acquisition System (ESAF) through an online Acquisition System. The project, referenced as IFB No. 13, is established under the Secondary Education Foundation (SEEF) with the objective of automating educational procurement in the province. The system aims to modernize and streamline the government's tender processes and education sector administration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid documents may be obtained from the foundation's office at Sector E-2, Phase 1, Hayatabad Peshawar from the specified date onwards. The bid security requirement and detailed tender specifications are outlined in the official tender documents available for download from the E-Pak portal.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, tax compliance certificates, and relevant technical qualifications as specified in the bid documents. Two envelopes submission is mandatory containing technical proposal and financial bid separately. Bidders are required to provide evidence of past similar project execution and financial stability. All submissions must comply with PPRA rules and procurement regulations applicable in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pre-bid meetings with interested bidders will be conducted on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the ESAF Office, Peshawar to clarify procurement procedures and answer technical queries.
Bid documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Foundation on or before the closing date of July 23, 2026. Opening of bids shall be conducted on the same date. Interested bidders should carefully review all tender conditions and comply with mandatory document submission requirements.
