Sub Jail Miran Shah in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed financial bids for the supply of cooked food and miscellaneous articles for the fiscal year 2026-27. The total estimated contract value is 50,00,000 Pakistani rupees, covering provisions for inmates and facility operations. The supplies required include cooked food per head per time, cooked pulao, cooked halwa, tea for Ramadan, special diets, rice joshi, phenyl, LED bulbs, bamboo tillies, and lime unslaked, to be supplied throughout the year as per specifications and requirements of the jail administration in Miran Shah, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bids are invited from eligible contractors registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) who possess valid business registration, food safety certification from SKP Food Safety and Halal Food Authority, and SPPRA-approved credentials where applicable. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a call deposit receipt from any scheduled bank. The bid documents must be obtained from the jail office and submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 29 July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 09:30 AM. Bid evaluation will follow KPPRA rules and procurement guidelines. Technical and financial bids must comply with responsive criteria and performance guarantees of 80 percent as per the supplier agreement.
