Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, Sindh, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for outsourcing of Security Services for the financial year 2026-27. The contract is for a single stage, one envelope procedure and covers provision of experienced security personnel preferably with minimum 15 years experience in hospital security services in government offices, departments, and private institutions as per rules 46(I) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended up-to-date). The estimated cost of the tender is Rs. 2,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 550,000. The procurement is conducted under the supervision of a Procurement Committee comprising Professor Khalid Sher (Executive Director, Chairman), Professor Jehan Alam (Head of Dental Department, Member), and Representative of Deputy Commissioner District South Karachi (Member).
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS platform and meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a pay order, cash payment, or bank guarantee in favor of the Contractor Security JPMC, Karachi. Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at http://portal.sindh.eprocure.gov.pk, and all interested bidders are required to register themselves on the EPADS system via the link https://eprocure.gov.pk/epd/#/supplier/registration. Candidates with relevant experience must supply their CVs along with other required documents.
Electronic bids through EPADS must be submitted by 2026-07-22 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room of Administration Block, JPMC, Karachi. The bidding documents may be purchased from the Cashier, Accounts Section, JPMC, Karachi.
