Islamabad Model College for Girls, located in the Federal Capital at G-14/4, Islamabad, is seeking security guard services through competitive tender for the period 1st September 2026 to 30th June 2027. The college requires well-behaved security personnel below 50 years of age, equipped with proper uniforms and licensed weapons (non-prohibited type). Services must be provided for 12 hours daily without breaks throughout the month, with no leave permitted from the college side. Guards must be security-cleared by police or relevant security departments and should provide evidence before deployment.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the sales or income tax department, with attached certificate provided as proof. Only firms not previously engaged in rate-cutting, overwriting or altering of rates shall be considered. A call deposit of Rs. 50,000 in favor of the Principal is mandatory and will be retained as security until completion of the agreement and satisfactory report from competent authority. All tenders without the required deposit will be rejected. The tender document specifies that escalation rates are not permissible under any circumstances.
Bid documents should be obtained from the college office and submitted before the closing date of 16 September 2026. Sealed tenders must include the signed undertaking form and all required documentation. The Procurement and Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any tender or part thereof without assigning reasons.
