Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari District South invites sealed competitive bids through the ePADS e-procurement portal for improvement and repairing patch repair works at the infront of TMC Office and Firdos Masjid located in Sharah-e-Abdul Raheem Lyari Karachi, Sindh. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,997,401 with a tender fee of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable). The scope of work encompasses patch repair and improvement activities to enhance the infrastructure at these public facilities. The contract period for completion is 04 months from the date of written order of commencement.
Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid P.E.C. (Professional Engineering Council) category registration in the relevant field of specialization, valid NTN (National Tax Number) certificate, and sales tax or revenue board registration with the Sindh Revenue Board. Bid security of Rs. 150,000 is required, representing 5% of the estimated project cost. Interested bidders must demonstrate prior experience with at least two similar nature of works each having minimum cost of 50% of the project cost or at least one similar work costing 80% of the project value during the last five years. Financial statements with turnover equivalent to not less than the scheme cost during the past five years are mandatory.
Bidding documents shall be downloaded from the ePADS website at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk operated by SPPRA Sindh from 06 July 2026 to 26 July 2026. Bids and tenders must be submitted online by 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender opening committee will announce bids and tenders on 29 July 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R) at the Town Municipal Corporation, Chakiwara No. 01, Lyari Karachi.
