The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification and general contractor bids for the establishment of Nanaiz Sharif Medical District in Lahore, Punjab. This major healthcare infrastructure project encompasses the development of internal and external medical facilities, emergency circulation nodes, pedestrian walkways, landscape areas, utility infrastructure, and public amenities required for operational functionality of the healthcare campus. The project is classified under PPRA Rules 2014 with an estimated cost of PKR 3.444 Million and falls in the C-8 or Above Financial Capability Category, representing significant investment in Punjab's healthcare infrastructure.
All interested applicants must register on ePADS to be eligible for participation in this procurement. Bidders are required to meet the pre-qualification requirements as detailed in the PQ Notice document, which includes technical capacity, financial standing, and compliance with relevant regulatory authority registration. The required Pre-Qualification (PQ) Category is C-8 or Above, ensuring only qualified and financially capable contractors participate. The PQ Proposal must be submitted on ePADS on or before 1st July 2026, with no proposals received through alternative channels being considered.
