Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible general contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore, including the Children Hospital and Institute of Genetics and Blood Diseases in Lahore, Punjab. This is a significant infrastructure development project with an estimated cost of approximately PKR 18.89 million and a covered area of approximately 735,121 square feet. The scope of work encompasses the construction of buildings and infrastructure development, as well as execution of all necessary materials, labor, tools and machinery required for project completion. The project is categorized under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date) with a required FEC Category of C-A.
All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to be eligible for participation in this procurement process. Applicants must obtain the PQ document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the IDAP website at http://epads.punjab.gov.pk or through the Viewer option at http://epads.punjab.gov.pk/Viewer.aspx. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the IDAP website (PPRA). Bid security and other financial obligations are specified in the detailed pre-qualification document.
Pre-qualification proposals prepared in accordance with the PQ document instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before 13 July 2026 at 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM through EPADS, and any proposal received through alternative channels will not be considered. Should the submission deadline fall on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
