Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (Mfo FE&PT), Islamabad invites sealed proposals from reputable firms, suppliers and organizations for the provision of meal services to students of Formal, Non-formal and Special Education schools in the Federal Territory. The tender reference is F. No.1-3/2026-27 (G&P). The contract scope requires supply of approximately 50,000 to 70,000 meals per day to eligible schools in ICT. Only firms with proven prior experience in public sector meal service provision and demonstrated capacity to organize Body Mass Index (BMI) camps for students are eligible to participate.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, hold valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration numbers, and possess current AGPR Vendor Numbers. Firms must have offices located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to facilitate local service delivery. Interested organizations should note that proposals must be submitted through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal (e-PADS) with bid documents available for download from the Ministry's official website at https://www.mofept.gov.pk.
Proposals must be submitted on or before July 16, 2026 at 02:00 p.m., with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 p.m. Only electronic bids submitted via the PPRA e-Procurement Portal will be entertained; hard-copy submissions are not accepted. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules 2004 as amended.
