Description / Scope of Work
SBP Banking Services Corporation invites electronic bids from registered and pre-qualified bidders for the supply of high-performance laptops for mobile application development and testing. The procurement is carried out through the e-Procurement and Disposal System (ePADS) in Sindh province, with the tender reference GSD (PROC-6) 423315. The detailed bid documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available on the ePADS platform at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/ for all registered bidders. This is a single-stage two-envelope procedure conducted in accordance with Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on ePADS, possess valid Income and Sales Tax registrations, and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). All bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to PKR 200,000 submitted in an acceptable form in favour of SBP Banking Services Corporation. Scanned copies of bid security documents must be uploaded on ePADS, while original bid security must be submitted to the Procuring Agency on or before the closing date and time of e-bid submission, failing which the e-bid shall be rejected.
Bid documents are available for download from the ePADS portal. E-bids must be submitted through ePADS on or before Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on ePADS.
