Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, a premier government healthcare institution in Sindh province, invites bids for outsourcing Security Services for the year 2026-2027. The tender is issued through the Electronic Bids Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The scope of work includes comprehensive security services for the medical centre with an estimated tender value of Rs. 2,900,000. Bidders must possess a minimum of five years documented experience in Hospital Security Services within Government Offices, Departments, Private Institutions, and similar establishments, preferably with track records in healthcare environments. This is a competitive procurement aimed at ensuring professional and reliable security management for the institution located in Karachi.
Eligibility criteria require that bidding firms must be registered with EOBI and have valid certification from relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security amount of Rs. 550,000.50, equivalent to five percent of the annual bid value, in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued in favor of the Contractor Security of JPMC, Karachi. The Tender Document cost is non-refundable at Rs. 2,000 with an original tender fee of Rs. 2,000 payable via cash payment or pay order (non-refundable). Bidders must register themselves on the EPADS System before submission to ensure valid participation in the electronic bidding process.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official portal at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS System using the link https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for submission eligibility. Bid documents prepared in accordance with bidding instructions must be submitted electronically through EPADS only by the deadline of 22-07-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Electronic Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the Committee Room of the Administration Block, JPMC, Karachi. Bid purchase period runs from 06-07-2026 to 22-07-2026 at 11:00 a.m. from the Accounts Section, JPMC.
