The Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority invites e-bids for the establishment of a new grain market in Mandi, Okara with associated infrastructure development. This procurement involves construction and development of market facilities including storage, trading areas, and ancillary buildings at the specified location in Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs 5,696,732,410 for the main grain market establishment project and Rs 92,368,332 for an additional market infrastructure component. The scope includes complete design, construction, and commissioning of modern market facilities to support agricultural commerce in the region.
Contractors, firms, companies, and manufacturing concerns must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and SAARC Labour Circular as per requirements. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All bidders must hold a valid PSC License for the relevant category for 2025-2026 and provide requisite bid security as specified in the tender documents. Holding of necessary documentation, contracting method adherence, and provision of performance guarantees will be evaluated during the bidding process.

Submissions must be made electronically via the designated platform with opening of technical bids scheduled for 24 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Financial bids will be opened subsequently after technical evaluation.
