Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from reputed licensed suppliers, distributors and companies for the purchase of orthopaedic, spinal and cochlear implants for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA rules. All bidders must be registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, and possess valid registrations with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The hospital is located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, and this tender encompasses the supply of ortho implants, spine implants and cochlear implants required for the institution's medical operations during the specified financial year.
Eligibility requirements mandate that participating firms must be licensed suppliers or authorized distributors registered with relevant government authorities in Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 36b, which stipulates a single package containing three separate sealed envelopes. The bid structure comprises a Financial Proposal envelope, a Technical Proposal envelope, and a CDR (Compliance, Details and Requirements) envelope. All documentation must be complete and authentic, and CMH Rawalpindi reserves the right to reject any or all bids due to any reason prior to formal bid acceptance, in accordance with PPRA rule 33(1).
Detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive terms and conditions and the complete list of items required are available at the Procurement Branch of CMH Rawalpindi during regular office hours on any working day. Sealed tender bids must be deposited at the Procurement Branch CMH Rawalpindi on or before 21 July 2026 at 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms.
