Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Technical Directorate invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and construction of boundary wall, installation of CCTV cameras, flood lights and electronic fencing at Lifestyle Residency Apartments located in sector G-13/1, Islamabad, Federal Province. This comprehensive security and infrastructure project encompasses structural rehabilitation of existing boundary walls, installation of modern surveillance systems including CCTV cameras with recording capability, installation of flood light fixtures for perimeter illumination, and deployment of electronic fencing systems to enhance the safety and security of the residential complex. The tender document includes detailed specifications, bill of quantities, technical drawings and list of approved manufacturers to guide bidders in preparing competitive and compliant proposals.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, relevant experience in similar construction and security infrastructure projects, and must submit a bid security as specified in the bidding data section of the tender document.
