Pakistan Navy's Local Purchase Division invites tenders for the supply of various items including HVAC filters, varnish for marine use, spanner open jaw adjustable wrenches, hat caps for CPOs/sailors, and related equipment. The tender bulletin dated 7 June 2026 specifies multiple line items across different categories with varying quantities and delivery requirements. The scope encompasses locally available items requiring 15 days standard delivery and imported items requiring 45 days delivery. The procurement is conducted under re-engineered WIMS system with detailed technical specifications provided for each item, ensuring compliance with Pakistan Navy operational standards and equipment requirements.
Eligibility criteria require all firms, whether registered or unregistered with HQ COMLOG, to submit tender fees of Rs. 500 per quotation in the form of bank draft, pay order, crossed cheque, or online transfer to the PN Non-Public Fund account. Unregistered firms must additionally provide a bid guarantee at 5% of the purchase order value in the form of a pay order or bank draft valid for six months. Registered firms are exempt from bid guarantee requirements, and interested unregistered firms are encouraged to register with HQ COMLOG by contacting SO Contract on 021-48506138 to avoid these additional costs.
Bid documents should be submitted before the invitation to tender opens on 21 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. All laboratory testing charges, if applicable, are borne by the firm.
