Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from well-reputed, PN registered, security-cleared and GST registered firms and contractors for undertaking conservancy services at the operational site in Bin Qasim and its area of responsibility during the financial year 2026-27. The contract will be administered by the Commanding Officer 47 Squadron at PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi, Sindh province. The service contract is valued based on bidder proposals and will run from 1st August 2026 to 30th June 2027. All work specifications, descriptions and scope details are provided in the tender documents.
Bidders must be financially sound and hold valid PN registration, security clearance and GST registration. Tender documents can be obtained from the Executive Officer 47 Squadron upon payment of Rs 5,000 non-refundable fee during working hours 0900 to 1300 hrs. Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% earnest money deposit as a bank draft or pay order in favour of CO 47 Squadron, payable and refundable. The Single Stage Two Envelopes tendering system will be used, with technical bids evaluated first and financial bids opened only for technically qualified bidders.
Bids must reach the office at PNS Mehran, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi by 1200 hrs on 22 July 2026 and will be opened at 1230 hrs the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Contract award will be made to the financially lowest compliant bidder following approval from HQ COMPAK.
