Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders through the E-PADS (Version 2.0) platform for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap materials currently stored at the Regional Store in Shalamar, Lahore, Sindh. This tender (Reference No. 296) is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA-2004) and involves the sale of approximately 100,000 kilograms of iron scrap comprising structures, trollies, and related items on an "as is where is" basis. The materials are available for inspection by interested bidders during working office hours at the designated LESCO storage facility in Lahore.
Participants must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria as outlined in the bidding documents and possess the necessary licenses and registrations as required by applicable regulations. A bid security of PKR 350,000 in an acceptable form is mandatory for participation in this lot and must be submitted in the original to the office of the Chief Engineer (Materials Management) at LESCO Headquarters before the scheduled bid submission deadline. All bids shall be evaluated on a price basis, and reserve prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be charged separately at the time of final payment in accordance with government rules.
