Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle invites sealed e-auction bids for the disposal of three old/used vehicles and three motor cycles through e-auction on the PPRA Portal. The auction comprises one Suzuki Pickup (1985 model, reserved price PKR 250,000), two Suzuki Bolan Vans (2008 models, reserved prices PKR 250,000 and PKR 350,000 respectively), and three motorcycles including Honda 100, Yamaha 100 models with reserved prices of PKR 5,000 each. All vehicles and motorcycles are currently parked at the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Office, Saryab Road Quetta, Balochistan, and are available for inspection by interested parties during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until 2 September 2026. The e-auction closing date and time is 3 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bids to be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the office headquarters in Quetta.
Bidders must upload a valid National Identity Card and provide their complete present address and active telephone number on the prescribed format. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 10% of the reserved price must be submitted via CDR/Pay Order in favour of the Postmaster General Balochistan Circle Quetta prior to auction participation. Only registered bidders are eligible to participate. The successful bidder(s) must deposit 25% of the total bid amount within seven days of auction approval, with advance money forfeited in case of default. Government taxes at prescribed rates will be charged in addition to the bid amount.
The successful bidder(s) must obtain vehicle registration transfer within 30 working days of receiving the auction confirmation letter. All expenses related to ownership transfer, taxes, registration and other government dues shall be borne by the successful bidder(s). Vehicles must be lifted at the bidder's own expense within 10 days of possession; ground rent of PKR 0.5 per day will be recovered up to 30 days, after which the entire bid amount is forfeited.
