The Directorate General Procurement (Army), located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME on Main Adyala Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of men's patient clothing. The procurement includes 24,602 units of men's kurtas and 24,602 units of men's pyjamas, both manufactured from 60% cotton and 40% polyester material in the nearest shade to Pantone 16-4019-TPX, available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. The delivery period is 12 months from contract signing. This tender is being conducted under PPRA rules, and firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates. Eligible firms must be registered with the Directorate General Defence Purchase (DGDP) and possess valid sales tax registration and NTN certificates. All bidders are required to provide proof of godown, undertaking for adequate financial capability, attested CNIC copy of the Managing Director, bank statements for the preceding year, a certificate confirming the firm is neither a defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization, and details of prior work experience with government or semi-government organizations. Manufacturing firms or agents must provide justifiable proof of manufacturing capability or verifiable certificates from original manufacturers. All firms must submit a challan form No. 32-A for Rs. 2,000 deposited in government treasury, and bid security of 5% (upper limit Rs. 1.0 million) must accompany the tender submission. A performance bank guarantee of 10% of contract value is required within 30 days of contract signing.
Tender documents and detailed specifications are available from DGP (Army) upon production of required certificates and documentation. The last date for collecting tender documents is 24 July 2027. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 27 July 2027 at 10:30 hours, with opening scheduled for 27 July 2027 at 11:00 hours in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. Participating firms must submit 3 tender samples along with required material samples without identification on the technical opening day, or their offers will be rejected.
