Description / Scope of Work
Government Special Education Centre Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids for the provision of uniform items for special students covering both winter and summer seasons during financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms and will be conducted according to PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The total estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,000,000 divided into two lots: Lot 01 for winter uniforms estimated at PKR 1,000,000 and Lot 02 for summer uniforms also estimated at PKR 1,000,000. The procurement is based in Nankana Sahib, Punjab province, and aims to provide appropriate uniforms for the special education centre's students.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes. A bid security of PKR 40,000 (2 percent of total estimated cost) is required from each bidder, with PKR 20,000 for each lot. Original hard copy bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in favour of the Headmaster before the electronic bid submission closing time, and failure to do so will result in bid rejection. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee at 8 percent of the contract amount and execute a formal contract agreement prior to issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates must be in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per government rules.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Electronic Procurement Portal at https://punjab.ep.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted through the portal by 10:00 AM on 4th September 2026, with opening of bids scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Only bids submitted through the Electronic Procurement Portal by registered suppliers will be considered valid. The bid validity period is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids according to the evaluation criteria at any time prior to bid acceptance.
