Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Uniform and Protective Clothing under reference P82456 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria as outlined in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit all mandatory documents as per the procurement forms and requirements detailed in the bidding package.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 4, 2026 at 03:30 PM. Bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 04:00 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
