Bid Security: All firms must submit a bank draft equivalent to 2% of the bid value as a guarantee, issued in the name of the Chief Traffic Officer, Peshawar.

Taxation: Sales Tax and Income Tax will be deducted as per government rules.

KPPRA Rules: The authority reserves the right to reject incomplete tenders by assigning a reason under KPPRA Rules 2014.

Bidding Documents: Bids Solicitation Documents can be obtained directly from the office.

Eligibility: Blacklisted firms or contractors are strictly ineligible to submit quotations.

Samples: Bidders must present a sample of each item on the day the tender is opened.
