Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, located on Rawal Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the annual supply of petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) products for its vehicles and generators during the financial year 2025-26. The tender covers supply requirements for both the main RIC facility in Rawalpindi and the NSCC (National Specialised Care Centre) facility at Samli Murree. The estimated tender value is Rs. 12,000,000. This is an annual procurement essential for maintaining the operational capacity of the institute's transport fleet and backup power generation systems.
Bidders must possess a minimum of one year's experience supplying to government or autonomous institutions. Mandatory requirements include a valid National ID Card (NADRA), company profile with contact details, valid National Tax Number (NTN), General Sales Tax (GST) certificate, and Professional Tax certificate. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price (Rs. 240,000) must be submitted in the form of a pay order, bank draft, call deposit receipt, or irrevocable bank guarantee made payable to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Technical proposals must be submitted on company letterhead without any price indication; bids containing prices in technical proposals will be cancelled. An affidavit on Rs. 20 stamp paper confirming the bidder's commitment to supply as per demands and orders is also required.
