Description / Scope of Work
The Health Information & Service Delivery Unit (HISDU) under the Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites e-bids from eligible firms for a framework contract for procurement of security and janitorial services for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The contract covers comprehensive security and cleaning operations at the HISDU offices located at 01-Birdwood Road, Lahore. The procurement shall be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid registration documents as required under Pakistani procurement regulations. Bid security must be provided in accordance with the terms specified in the bidding documents. Only bids submitted electronically through the e-Procurement & Acquisition Disposal System (ePADS) will be entertained. All bidders must ensure compliance with the PPRA registration requirements and submit bids well before the stipulated deadline to avoid technical issues.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Health & Population Department's official website (pshealth.punjab.gov.pk), the ePADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk), and the PPRA website (ppra.panjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online via the ePADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 A.M. on 20 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 A.M. the same day.
