Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of stationery items, computer stationery, and miscellaneous and other items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted by the Federal Directorate of Education under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender involves three categories of procurement with bid security requirements of PKR 290,000 for stationery, PKR 50,000 for computer stationery, and PKR 375,000 for miscellaneous and other items. This procurement is intended to meet the operational and administrative requirements of the college located in Islamabad.
Only firms appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration where applicable, and relevant experience with adequate financial capacity. Eligible participants must not have been blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, Regulatory, or Public Sector Organization. The original bid security in prescribed form must be submitted to the office of the undersigned before the scheduled time of bid opening.
Electronic bids shall be submitted only through EPADS on or before July 23, 2026 up to 11:00 AM (PST). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST) in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
