Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the E-PADS 2.0 platform for multiple infrastructure development projects in Sindh Province. The projects are situated primarily in Landhi Town and Korangi Town, District Korangi, Karachi, and include providing and laying of concrete paver blocks, rehabilitation and construction of metalled roads, provision and laying of reinforced concrete sewerage pipe lines, construction of reinforced concrete culverts, and installation of street lighting systems across various union councils. The total estimated cost for these works ranges across multiple contract packages with individual project values ranging from approximately Rs. 270,000 to Rs. 8,956,606. All projects fall under the Sindh component of the Provincial Sustainable Development Programme (PSDP).
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and field and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and authorized for Sales Tax and other applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 platform. The bid security is required as specified in each contract package. All bidders must provide unconditional and accompanied bid security in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are required to be experienced in similar works and possess the necessary technical and financial capacity to execute the projects.
Bid documents are available on the E-PADS 2.0 portal and must be downloaded from there. Bids must be submitted electronically before 11:00 AM on July 29, 2026. Technical bid opening is scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM to be held at the office of the General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited, Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Extension Block, Gizri, Karachi.
