Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), under the Ministry of Housing and Works Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through electronic bidding system (E-PADS 2.0) for multiple water supply and sewerage projects across Sindh Province. The procurement encompasses design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water supply lines, sewerage systems, and related infrastructure works in various districts including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana and other municipal areas of Sindh. The estimated contract value ranges from Rs. 2.88 million to Rs. 23.60 million depending on individual lots, with detailed scope of works, technical specifications and bills of quantities provided in tender documents. Works are located in multiple sectors and towns across Sindh with detailed addresses and site specifications delineated for each contract package.
Bidders must be registered with relevant engineering and contractors registration boards and possess valid licenses as per government of Pakistan regulations. Bid security is mandatory and shall be submitted in the form of deposit receipt, bank guarantee or pay order as per tender specifications. Participation is open to all eligible contractors meeting the prescribed financial and technical qualifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system with all supporting documentation including certificates of registration, experience statements and required affidavits.
Bid documents are available for download from the official E-PADS 2.0 portal at https://epadx.ppra.org.pk or from PIDCL offices. All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS 2.0 before the closing date of July 30, 2026. Bid opening will be held on the same date and time as specified.
