Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Works Government of Pakistan invites bids through the electronic E-PADS 2.0 platform for the procurement and supply of metallic road and turf paving works. The invitation is issued in Sindh province and encompasses multiple projects spanning various districts including Karachi, involving road construction, road upgradation, and associated civil works. The total estimated value of works is substantial, with individual contract packages ranging across different amounts. The scope includes procurement and laying of metallic roads and turf paving in urban and rural settings, with works distributed across multiple locations and districts within Sindh province.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category and must hold valid licenses and certificates. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system. Bid security and performance security requirements apply as specified in the tender documents. Only technically qualified and financially sound contractors meeting stipulated eligibility criteria shall be considered for contract award.

Bidders must electronically submit their bids through the E-PADS 2.0 system by the specified closing date and time. Bids will be opened on 30-07-2026 at 3:00 PM at the office of the General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited, Baldia Complex, IV-F Floor, Extension Block, Bariria Complex, Karachi.
