Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed competitive bids through electronic procurement system (e-PADS) for multiple construction and engineering projects across Sindh province. This invitation encompasses over 50 different works packages valued from Rs. 500,000 to Rs. 448 million, including construction and rehabilitation of water supply lines, sewerage systems, streets, schools, health facilities, markets, community centers, and utility infrastructure in various towns and districts throughout Sindh. The scope of works includes site preparation, material procurement, skilled labor deployment, quality assurance, and project completion within specified timelines as detailed in the Bills of Quantities and technical specifications provided.
Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR/SECP) and hold valid NTN certificates. Contractors should possess valid contractor licenses from Pakistan Engineering Council or relevant provincial authorities and maintain good standing in past procurement records. Bid security equivalent to 2.5% to 5% of the estimated project cost (as specified per tender) must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee or deposit slip issued by scheduled banks. All bidders must comply with applicable labor laws, environmental protection standards, and safety regulations during execution.
Bid documents are available for download from the e-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 (or as specified per individual tender). Interested bidders should register on the platform, purchase bid documents electronically, and submit scanned copies of bid security and technical documentation through the e-PADS system before 30 July 2026.
