Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) invites sealed bids from original manufacturers and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the procurement of half mounting clothing and government and security stores for Charpoy and Tape Niwar during the financial year 2025-27. The tender is issued under PPRA Rules 2004 and preference will be given to original manufacturing companies. Bidders must be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue Pakistan. The procurement covers supply to the Balochistan region with detailed specifications and technical requirements to be provided in the bidding documents available at Ordnance Branch headquarters.
Eligibility requirements include registration with relevant tax authorities and active taxpayer status. Original manufacturers and contractors registered with Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) must provide a call deposit or bank draft or pay order as earnest money equivalent to 3 percent of the total bid value. Un-registered firms and original manufacturers and contractors must submit earnest money at 5 percent of the total bid value. All bids must be technically and financially qualified, with conditional bids not accepted. Lab test reports from authenticated laboratories for each sample must accompany submissions.
Sealed bids prepared according to bidding document instructions must reach Ordnance Branch Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North) Quetta on or before 05 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. Tender samples for each item with specifications must be submitted with bids. All bidders may inspect store depot samples on working days except Sunday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, with this permission restricted until one day before tender opening.
