Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites bids for the procurement of printing items and furniture for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This annual tender covers the supply and delivery of various printing materials and furniture items required by both institutions located in Punjab. The tender is issued under a framework agreement structure, allowing for scheduled deliveries and supply arrangements throughout the financial year with provisions for timely replacement of near-expiry or unused stock as requested by the procuring agency.
Bidders must possess a valid National ID Card (NADRA), minimum one year of experience in supplies to government or autonomous institutions, and must hold valid National Tax Number, General Sales Tax certificate, and Professional Tax certificate. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price is mandatory, to be submitted in the form of a pay order, bank draft, call deposit, or irrevocable bank guarantee in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. Technical proposals must be submitted on company letterhead without any price mention, and bidders must furnish an affidavit on stamp paper committing to provide awarded supplies and timely replacement of stock.
